DAKWAH BIL HAL MAJELIS SYEKH QUTHUB ASY-SYAFI’IYAH DESA KEDUNGKELOR KECAMATAN WARUREJA KABUPATEN TEGAL

Abstract

The community within the Sheikh Quthub Asy-Syafi'iyah assembly still has many activities that deviate from Islamic law, such as gambling, lottery, drunkenness, and other immoral activities. So it is necessary to carry out da'wah activities that are actually moving to teach the community to live better in terms of behavior, morals, or even the economy. The purpose of this study is to analyze the forms of da'wah bil hal and analyze the opportunities and challenges of dakwah bil hal asy-Syafi'iyah Sheikh Quthub Council. This study uses qualitative research (field research) with a type of religious phenomenological approach. The results of the research show that 1) The form of da'wah bil hal assemblies of Sheikh Quthub Asy-Syafi'iyah is providing Islamic religious knowledge and studying tahsin and memorizing the Koran, as well as realizing what is conveyed through improving the economy in the form of small businesses and breed. 2) Opportunities for preaching bil things in the Sheikh Quthub Asy-Syafi'iyah assembly are creating religious education from all levels of the Kedungkelor village community, both old, young, and even toddlers. Apart from that, creativity and independence can also be created for students and congregations in the economic field. The challenge that is felt is the lack of public awareness to accept Islamic religious teachings and the development of the digital era which makes students and the public more often open gadgets for things that are less useful.
