Implementasi Fungsi Manajemen Pondok Pesantren Al-Banjari, Kecamatan Tunjungan, Kabupaten Blora dalam Mencetak Generasi Qur'ani

The times often affect the behavior of Al-Banjari Islamic Boarding School students who tend to be negative. Easy access to technology greatly affects the mindset and habits of students who memorize the Qur'an, so that students must be proficient in social media so that their memorization is maintained. Besides that, students must also instill in themselves that memorizing the Al-Qur'an is not only a parental order that creates compulsion, while another thing is memorizing the Al-Qur'an is not for worldly purposes. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the management function and the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the management function of the Al-Banjari Islamic Boarding School in printing the Qur'anic Generation. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation with data analysis techniques using the Miles and Huberman model which consisted of three stages, namely data reduction, data display, and data verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the implementation of the management function of the Al-Banjari Islamic Boarding School in printing the Qur'anic Generation has been going well referring to the management stages. The supporting factors obtained are from several environmental aspects and adequate infrastructure and the inhibiting factors that are felt are the lack of firmness of the supervisors to the students, and the need for a balance between the number of students and supervisors, ustadz and ustadzah.
